Hello again blog cadets. Don't say I don't report on life as it's lived. This morning when I woke up, my very first thought was: This feels like a buying 10 pairs of underpants kinda day. And spookily, this is exactly what came to pass. Ten pairs. All black. All brief. Seemed like the right thing to do.
Anyhoo, a few posts back (take a look in Previously up there on the left) I mentioned a track by chanteuse Sarah Nixey entitled When I'm Here With You, which has been given the remix treatment by my mysterious cousin from back East Miss Kubelik, remember? Ok, well that track has now been given a proper release date: 16th June on Serviceav Records. Here, Take a look. Perfect seasonal timing I think, for such a sublimely summery sonic sketch. We'll be hearing more from the Miss Kubelik Kamp soon enough I have no doubt.
By the way, with reference to that last post, I'm currently hiding from the window-cleaner as I type this (behind closed blinds). What I really need to do now is move. Like I said, life as it's lived. Stay tuned.
