Greetings my people. Ok, it's been a bit too long since my last post, but to say I've been uninspired in all areas of late would be an understatement. Today however is different. After a warm spring-like weekend and start of the week, today is the day when Winter is undisputably in retreat. I say this every year I know, but unbridled optimism is the natural companion of these unseasonable clear blue skies and warm sunshine, and blow me down, it's still only March pop-kids.
Aside from this I've had little to report of late. As predicted, I'm developing the leg-power of a Teen-Titan, reaping as I am the twin benefits of the Vibrogym and plain old school weight-humping, with a touch of aerobic activity thrown in. By the time Summer is in full-effect, I shall be lightly tanned and finely honed, Greek deity-style, just you wait. Expect photos.
