The Day Today

Well pop-kids, I've got the
Sonic Chariot back, that's the main thing. All being well, it won't be making any more strange noises as I power along
Satan's Slip-road tomorrow AM.
Anyhoo, this morning, I took a little excursion on foot into the throbbing heart of Cruel Britannia's
City of Culture (2008). I took a few minutes to peruse the mind-blowing bridal fashions on display in the window of the shop on
London Road made famous by the TV documentary series
My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding, then continued down this sunny boulevard where, in due course, I was propositioned by a very inebriated
gay tramp (U.S. readers: Hobo). He scored extremely low on charm and patter but nevertheless, I wished him good luck on his quest and carried on my merry way.
In the end, the one thing I'd gone downtown to buy (a phone-charger) I completely forgot about, but remembered my Mother's Day card and gift. (This Sunday boys and girls, very important, do not forget).
Tomorrow morning it's back to
Chéz Sonique. Hopefully more from there, once I get to the bottom of my remaining tech-woes (see last post).
